Galina Yakshonak is a Customer Consultant on Research Management Solutions in Elsevier. She helps Elsevier clients to increase effectiveness of used analytical solutions for research development, strategic planning in research and research performance. Before the Customer Consultant position, Galina worked in the marketing department in Elsevier since 2005, in the Literature Acquisition Department in Central Science Library of Belarus Academy of Sciences (2005-2001). Galina graduated from Belarus State Pedagogical University named after M. Tank, Faculty of Social Pedagogics, Practical Psychology. Additionally, she has completed a postgraduate course on Library and Bibliography Sciences (Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts) and course “Project management based on the PMI PMBOK ® standard” (PM Expert (PMI® Global R.E.P.).
