Dr. Monica Coste holds a PhD in Educational Sciences from Babeș-Bolyai University and is an associate lecturer within the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, where she also teaches within the Department for Teacher Training. As Director of the Babeș-Bolyai University Kindergarten and founding President of EDU-TIM, she has dedicated her career to early childhood education and teacher training. Specialized in pedagogy, parent education, and the socio-emotional development of children and adolescents through EREC-type programs, her work combines academic research with extensive practical experience. She promotes educational models centered on emotional safety, belonging, and the holistic development of every child.
