Short description

Simona Gavrilaș graduate in Food Engineering and Educational Sciences at ”Aurel Vlaicu” University in Arad. She has PhD in Chemical Engineering. She is a lecturer at the Faculty of Food Engineering, Tourism, and Environmental Protection within the UAV. She is the author/co-author of 2 book chapters published in an internationally recognized publishing house and over 30 indexed articles. She is a research team member of 6 national and two international projects. She was the beneficiary of a COST-STSM Grant.
