Short description
After 4 years of volunteering at Narada, where she discovered the ideal combination of vision, exceptional people, technology, entrepreneurship and social impact, Raluca joined the organization as part of the executive team, and later held the position of CEO. She wants to dedicate herself to the cause because she feels the need to good use, to put the experience accumulated so far in scaling the impact in education, and also because she wants to fully serve the mission – that of democratizing access to education that leads to the fulfillment of the potential of each child through solutions based on technology and to support the child in all its complexity and humanity. Prior to her joining the Narada team, Raluca worked for 14 years in a multinational company, in different roles, where she combined technology, working with the client experience, strategic programs and leadership to create impact both locally (Europe, the Middle East and Africa), as well as globally.
