Short description

Oana Moşoiu is university lecturer, PhD in Education Sciences at the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences. She teaches Theory and practice of competence assessment, Evaluation of educational and social programmes, Nonformal education and community development, Inter-professional competences. She is also a trainer in the field of adult education, continuous professional development of different professionals (trainers, youth workers, teachers) and member of the ErasmusPlus programme national pool of trainers. Oana acts as consultant in education, training and development of human resources and holds strong expertise in organisational development through the development of human resources and organisational culture.
