    Mihaela Andrei is a lecturer at “Dunărea de Jos” University of Galați, Faculty of Automation, Computer Science, Electrical and Electronics Engineering. She has a Ph.D. in Electronics and Telecommunications from Technical University “Gheorghe Asachi” of Iași, Romania, and also a B.Sc. degree in psychology from “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iasi, Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences. In 2016, she received the Ad Astra prize for excellence in doctoral research, awarded by the Romania Association.
