Judy Brady is responsible for IEEE’s institutional customers throughout Europe. With the changing landscape of reading and publishing, IEEE’s professional staff provides training and information in support of IEEE’s mission of advancing technology for humanity. Technical Libraries are important partners in technological innovation and are therefore a focus of IEEE’s professional staff. Judy is responsible for providing solutions for institutions to access IEEE Xplore and creating Open Access agreements at the institutional and Consortia level.
