I’m Irina Lecea, I’m 18 years old and in addition to being a student, I work within ROSPIN (Romanian Space Initiative) – a non-governmental organization that wants to promote the space field in Romania. As part of the Bucharest ROSPIN Taskforce, I contribute to the growth of the local space community by organizing networking events that bring together professionals in the field, students and high school students. I have always been passionate about the STEM field, and my participation in competitions and involvement in projects helped me understand the importance of combining theory with practice.
