    I’m a lecturer at Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Viet Nam and I also a manager in hospital quality at the university hospital since 2011. I’m currently a second year doctoral student in management at Dotoral School of Economics and Business Administration, Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iași, Romania. I always want to improve the quality of training for medical students at the university and the quality of medical examination and treatment services at the hospital. I also wish to learn and enhance my professional and research skills.
