Short description

A graduate of International Economic Relations, with a master’s degree in the same field, Gena has dedicated her career to people. Her experience of over 12 years in tourism entrepreneurship and event organisation has helped her to develop a creative and solution-oriented thinking, to relate and communicate with different people. Understanding that education can really change society, she joined the Teach for Romania team in 2016 and now coordinates the Recruitment, Selection and Onboarding department. Gena is an empathic, open, honest person with a lot of trust in people, and that’s why she is now an ICF accredited coach.
