Short description

Dr. Amir Zia is full time teacher cum researcher with multiple affiliations. Mr. Amir has completed Master’s Degree in Economics and undertook M.Phil. degree in Governance and Public Policy from National Defense University, Islamabad. Finally he completed Ph.D. degree in Political Economy of elections from prestigious Quaid e Azam University, Islamabad. Currently Mr. Amir is involved into teaching at two places, one NUML, University and second Higher Education Department, Punjab. Additionally he is associated with Global Strategic Institute of Sustainable Development (GSISD), a think tank involved into research and advocacy. Mr. Amir is currently holding advisory portfolio for Research, Planning and Development. Dr. Amir Zia has been engaged into international research events by presenting research work in various world renowned universities. It includes Dublin City University, Fudan University Shanghai, Dar us Salaam University, and Baku University are few to mention. The global research networking is reflected in wide ranging research articles.
