Short description

Alina Șeitan is a School Counselor at the Brașov County Center for Educational Resources and Assistance (CJRAE Brașov) and a Master’s student in Clinical Psychology, Psychological Counseling and Psychotherapy at Transilvania University of Brașov. She is also studying Law at Spiru Haret University, driven by a belief in fairness, dignity, and the responsibility to advocate for others. Her professional journey did not follow a conventional path—she graduated from her first university at the age of 34, proving that determination is stronger than circumstance. Her work as a counselor is deeply human-centered: she believes that education and emotional support are not sustained by paperwork, formal procedures or statistics, but by authentic connection and meaningful impact. For her, real progress is not measured in documents or numbers, but in reactions, emotions, transformation, and the way people feel heard and valued. Motivated by the joy of children, the trust of parents, and the possibility of change, she is committed to continuous professional, personal and spiritual growth. She believes that it does not matter where you start, but the courage to move forward—and sometimes, all a person needs is someone who believes in them. We can all choose to be that person.
