Short description

Alexia-Maria Stan is a PhD Student at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Bucharest. Her main research interest lies in exploring how digital transformations contribute to changing and redefining the concept of personal identity. During her university studies, Alexia focused on analyzing the moral status of AI systems and the implications of the deepfake technology on reliable journalism. Additionally, her research interests include moral and political philosophy, epistemology and ethics of AI and technology, and Philosophy for Children (P4C). Currently, Alexia is a facilitator for P4C workshops, working with children between the ages of 7 and 15.
