Ana Zidărescu is an EU policy and communication professional based in Brussels. Her career combines hands-on corporate experience driving innovative digital solutions with a deep background in political science, journalism, and crisis communication. Academically, her research explores AI governance and digital regulation, with a specific focus on the institutional responsibilities that come with adopting artificial intelligence in education. Beyond her institutional work, Ana is the founder of AiGouvernance.com, an independent platform focused on AI ethics and regulation. She also holds the Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP) certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
