Victoria Gheorghe is a PhD. lecturer at the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, Department of Teacher Training, Buzău Branch. She teaches courses on curriculum theory and methodology, classroom management, and research methodology in educational sciences, among others. She has authored several works, including Criteria and Tools for the Evaluation of Didactic Professionalism (2007) and Methodology for the Evaluation of Teaching Staff in Pre-University Education: Skills and Tools (2019). Additionally, she contributed chapters to Pedagogy of Primary and Preschool Education, Volume I (2019) and Encyclopedia of Methods (2022), published by Polirom. Gheorghe has presented at national and international conferences and served as an expert on multiple national projects.
