I have 27 years of experience in scientific publishing, 26 thereof in editorial where I headed the areas: Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Materials Sciences, Engineering, Computer Sciences, Springer Materials - The Landolt-Börnstein Database and Ullmann's Encyclopedia of Industrial Chemistry. Additionally I have spent one year spent in Sales for Wiley in charge of libraries, library suppliers and an e-learning platform WileyPLUS. After VCH, Wiley-VCH, Wiley-Blackwell, Springer, I am now with De Gruyter developing the strategy and a publishing program in all subject and product lines of the STM world. By training I am a chemical engineer.
