During this time, she has held various roles, from teacher to teacher manager within Teach for Romania, where she currently coordinates the literacy program. As a literacy specialist, she has focused on implementing and developing educational programs aimed at supporting both teachers and students, especially in vulnerable communities. Her mission is to contribute to improving the quality of education by developing innovative and sustainable solutions tailored to the specific needs of those from disadvantaged backgrounds.
