Short description

With nearly 20 years of experience in the museum field, I had the chance to work both in the education and communication department and in the collection department. This diverse experience has allowed me to engage with various aspects of museum work, from developing educational programs for diverse types of publics to managing collections and organizing events. Currently, I serve as the Coordinator of the Collections Department at the Maps Museum in Bucharest. At the same time, I am a PhD student at the University of Bucharest, Center of Excellence in the Study of Image (CESI), focusing on Disability Studies. My research examines how Romanian museums explore ways to enhance heritage accessibility for people with disabilities through specialized programs, services, and interactive learning experiences.
