Guidelines and Templates

Authors are invited to submit their manuscripts for peer-review, according to the Instructions for Authors & Article Template. Please use the templates offered by the organizers.

Poster Session Information

• Presenting authors are kindly asked to be available during these intervals in the poster presenting areas for questions and answers during the entire duration of the Poster sessions.
• We encourage you to respect the template offered by the organizers and we also recommend that you clearly organize your content, in a way that won’t confuse the readers. 
• Each presenter will be allocated about 7-10 minutes to present their Poster.
• All participants are invited to the Poster Session and they can ask questions.
• All the posters will be printed and prepared on site by the organizers. 
• We recommend that presenters communicate the key point of their work.
